Sandor Kiev was a human explorer and collector of antiquities and relics. He hired the crew to help him steal an ancient relic from the Pyke Syndicate and died when the job went wrong.
He was a weathered man in his fifties, with close-cropped gray hair and a sun-lined face. He wore a long spacer's coat with more pockets than anyone could account for.
He was charming and persuasive, the kind of man who could talk a crew into robbing the Pykes. He kept his own counsel, and most of what he was after came out only after his death.
Encounters
- Session 0: Hired the crew for a heist against the Pyke Syndicate, flying the Last Recourse, a YT-2400 light freighter on loan from Baeor. The heist went wrong, and Sandor was killed.
- Session 1: The crew tried to leave in his ship and found other people already claiming it.
- Session 11: Ryzel Ghent told the crew the bounty on Fentalax came from Fentalax's association with Sandor.
- Session 12: Baeor found a datapad Sandor had hidden aboard the ship. It showed that he had been after a fragment of a star map in the Pyke vault.
- Session 12: Trik found records in the ship's computer of a job Sandor had taken for Saw Gerrera, leader of a militant rebel group.
- Session 12: Hidden data on the datapad indicated that the map fragment would lead to a long-lost Jedi temple.
- Session 12: The crew and Vexa Draal sold the datapad's information to the Pykes, who lifted the bounty on Fentalax in exchange.
